woke up at 9 plus today...dunno y also...automatic wan canz? haha...oh well...den i went jogging...hellO~~ i WENT JOGGING!!! jogged for abt 1/2 hr...i noe it's a SHORT JOG! but when i came back, i weighed myself...minUS 1 kG!!! how amazing! goSshh...all of a sudden after i woke up. i simply went to change den go jogging...the SUDDEN URGE...i dunno y....
