Cereal Prawns
1. Prawns (600g)
2. Cereal (Nestum original)
3. Curry leaves (3-4 leaves)
4. Chili padi (1 chopped)
5. Butter (1/2 slab of SCS butter)
6. Flour (200g-250g)
7. Milk powder (50g)
8. Egg (1)
9. Sugar (1 teaspoon



Place all ingredients on one spot that is easy to access.
Clean prawns, leave shell on.
Mix the flour with the milk powder.
Beat the egg.
Dip the prawns into the egg.
Coat the prawns with the mixture of flour and milk powder.
Deep fry the prawns. Leave aside after cooked.
In a wok, melt the butter and add in curry leaves and chili padi. Cook till there is aroma.
Put in the cereal and stir fry for a while and add the teaspoon of sugar.
Put the prawns in and stir fry for a while.
Place it in a nice plate and be ready for serving.
