- we ordered dim sum spring rolls and they served in 3 whole pieces. we asked if they could just quickly cut for us for easy sharing.
GUESS WHAT? she brought a fork and knife. the plate was already placed in the middle of the table. instead of doing this at her serving bay, she leaned forward and reached out to the centre of the table, then cut.

while she was cutting, she kept repeating in mandarin, it's too crispy to be cut into 2. my cousin replied, use scissors cut faster. she took more than 1 min to cut just one spring roll.

my dad told her it's ok, not to trouble her. she moved on to roll no. 2 and continued mumbling. then to roll no. 3.

by then, everything is cold. cuz she took up so much space n time when cutting the spring rolls. all we could do was to STARE AT HER.

i felt what she did was kinda rude. she should bring it to her service bay behind us to do whatever she needed to do.
DISSATISFACTION #4: we ordered spicy la mian soup. a plain and non spicy la mian soup was served. we told her we ordered the spicy one. she looked at us, STUNNED, dunno what to do. no choice, my aunty said it's ok. and they ATE IT!
DISSATISFACTION #5: the grains of fried rice was super hard. like CHAO TAR kind. u know what i mean?
DISSATISFACTION #6: the century egg congee was super watery. we all know cantonese style CONGEE has thick consistency. this one is WATERY man. like eating porridge.
DISSATISFACTION #7: we din eat anything much and with that kind of service, we paid $118 for the entire meal.
but my family loved their char siew bao. so next time if u patronise them, just eat the char siew bao and chicken feet! haha.
